Jeff

Jeffrey W. Schroeter, P.E.

Mr. Schroeter has forty-two years experience in the electric industry with concentration in power generation, transmission and project finance. Much of his early career was spent was an engineer and planning manager for large utilities where he broaden his industry knowledge and experience through involvement in asset development. For the past twenty years much of his career has been focused on independent power project plant development including siting, permitting, financing and construction. He has a proven record of success for project identification and completion, possessing extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and technical development. This has yielded over 8,600 MW of generation in operation in the USA today. He has held managerial and executive level positions in both privately and publicly held companies. Additionally he has received numerous professional awards and served as Board Chair of an industry trade association.

 

Debbie J. Branch

Ms. Branch has over forty years experience in the energy industry holding key executive positions in privately and publicly held companies. She is an attorney with extensive experience in project development and transactional work. She has drafted, negotiated and reviewed key documents relating to project financings and operations of power plants as well as other energy sectors. In addition to her involvement in the power generation sector, her experience base includes oil and natural gas production, as well as natural gas marketing and mid-stream assets. She has played leadership roles in the development and financing of projects and has held executive positions with large energy companies as well as small privately held enterprises. Through Genova, Ms. Branch led the charge to successfully certify Wal-Mart as a self provider for power in the State of Texas.

Ms. Branch possesses a broad range of regulatory experience at both the state and federal levels. She has provided testimony to state and federal agencies, has extensive regulatory permitting experience, has provided expert witness testimony in energy related litigation and serves as a consultant in both gas and power related endeavors.

Ms. Branch received her law degree from the University of Tulsa and her undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University. She is licensed with the Oklahoma Bar Association. She is a Past Chairman of the Mineral Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association and has served on numerous non-profit boards.
